Hilliard Davidson jumped into the top 25 in the state rankings. Hilliard Davidson moved up from No. 63 in the state all the way to No. 23 thanks to a 2-0 record over the past week. Led by manager Jim Dougherty, the Wildcats are ranked No. 1349 in the nation with an overall record of 13-9.
Dublin Coffman's pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing 15 hits and one walks to lead the league in both categories. The Shamrocks have given up a mere 154 hits on the year in addition to compiling 153 strikeouts. Walsh is the leader in that category with 54 Ks on the season.
