Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lillie Kriz, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 18 boards. That's the most rebounds Kriz has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Morgan Havlovic, who scored 15 points and five boards.

Walthill found their leader in sophomore Khirstin Wolfe, who went 12-for-24 to rack up 31 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Wolfe has scored at least a third of Walthill's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tangela Randol, who put up ten points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals.
East Butler's record is now 9-15. As for Walthill, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-12 record this season.
