Hampshire was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against East Hardy on Monday. The Hampshire Trojans were the clear victor by a 54-32 margin over the East Hardy Cougars. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

Loss or not, East Hardy got some senior leadership from Brooklynn Tinnell and Chloe Miller. Tinnell posted 16 points and five steals, while Miller earned 12 points along with six boards and three steals. That was a full 50% of East Hardy's points, marking the fourth time in a row Tinnell has had more than a third of the team's points.

Hampshire's record is now 11-9. As for East Hardy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Hampshire wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 48-31 loss against Allegany on the 19th. As for East Hardy, they have also already played their next match, a 59-48 defeat against Musselman on the 21st.
