Jocelyn McClary put in work no matter where she played. She struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one triple and one stolen base. That triple was her first of the season.
McClary wasn't the only one making solid contact as two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Sydney Holt, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
