The biggest upset of the week belonged to Douglas, who took down 27th ranked Douglas, 37-21. MJ FARTHING threw for 285 yards and four touchdowns in the win.
Galena extended the longest winning streak in I Northern - Sierra this week by beating Carson, 42-0. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Grizzlies.
DANIEL GRAY was the best wideout in the league this week as Bishop Manogue topped the Tigers. GRAY tallied two receptions for 78 yards. AUSTIN VIAL helped Bishop Manogue's passing attack out by catching seven balls for 75 yards.
SHANE TALBOTT made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Miners beat Douglas. The 5-foot-9 defensive back pulled down two interceptions and racked up one sack.
Conner Peterson was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 22 carries, he ran for 105 yards as Ernie Monfiletto's team defeated Ernie Monfiletto's team. Wes Hundley also contributed to the rushing game with 36 yards on the ground.
The Tigers' Michael Nolting and Dustan Fisher have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading I Northern - Sierra in both passing and receiving yards. Nolting has thrown for 2003 yards this season, while Fisher, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 59 catches for 1079 yards. Damonte Ranch's Drew Smith leads the league in rushing yards with 1283.
Galena took down the Senators 42-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
