Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Nolensville). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Mount Juliet Golden Bears a 20-0 shutout on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on three straight.

Nolensville's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.7 runs over those games. As for Mount Juliet, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8-1.

Coming up, Nolensville will host Centennial at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mount Juliet, they will venture away from home to take on Lipscomb Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Lipscomb Academy will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Mount Juliet surely won't give up without a fight.
