The Hope Blue Wave can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Monday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 48-10 victory over Central. Winning may never get old, but Hope sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
Hope found their leader in underclassman Jorday Johnson, who scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Eridania Mendoza, who scored nine points.
Hope's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-4. As for Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hope will take on Johnston at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Johnston will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak. As for Central, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Davies Career & Tech at 5:00 p.m. on January 31st.
