They never let the Wilmington Hurricane get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.
The result came thanks to Kenzie Durbin's shutout, as she gave up just six hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Skye Shaw was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Journey Combs, who got on base in both of her plate appearances with two runs.
