On the hitting side, Brianna Velez made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 3-for-3. Britney Freitez was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-4.

Celebration's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Monday. Cypress Creek has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 10.2 strikeouts per game. Everything went Cypress Creek's way against Celebration in their previous meeting back in February, as Cypress Creek made off with a 15-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cypress Creek since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
