The Robinson Bulldogs's game last Tuesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They secured a 71-65 W over West Rowan. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Robinson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brian Rowe, who scored 17 points. Da'montre Harlee was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Robinson's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for West Rowan, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.
Robinson on the road again on Saturday and play against Combine Academy Global at 2:00 p.m. on January 20th. Combine Academy Global comes in still looking for their first win of the season. West Rowan won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Lake Norman Charter at 7:30 p.m. on January 19th. Hopefully Lake Norman Charter focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 last Wednesday.
