Huntington has been on the road for four straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Adena Warriors at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Huntington will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 795th, while Adena is ranked 326th).
Last Saturday, Huntington ended up a good deal behind Zane Trace and lost 62-47.
Meanwhile, Adena entered their tilt with Westfall with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. Adena really took it to Westfall for the full four quarters, racking up a 79-52 victory at home. Adena has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 23 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Adena to victory, but perhaps none more so than Easton Henness, who scored 26 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Henness has scored all season. Lucas King was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds.
Huntington bumped their record down to 2-10 with that defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Adena, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.
