Big Game from Hanson Iii As Anchor Bay Fell 24-21
Starting off the list is Anchor Bay's Gerry Hanson Iii, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hanson Iii picked up 93 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Chippewa Valley had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Hanson Iii it was a similar story. When Hanson Iii last faced the Big Reds back in September of 2023, he picked up 232 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Dakota was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Brady Hamby did his best to prevent it. Despite the defeat, Hamby was still balling out as he made four total tackles (1.0 for loss).
The loss snapped Dakota's winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 6-1 record. Hamby will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Utica on Friday.

Lafear Posts Huge Game in 24-21 Defeat
Ryan Lafear put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in September of 2023 on Friday. He threw for 203 yards and two touchdowns on only 16 passes.
Chippewa Valley's probably not too fond of Lafear given he always seems to get the better of them. When Lafear last faced the Big Reds back in September of 2023, he threw for 318 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per attempt.

Di'mari Malone Makes It Two for Dakota
The second Dakota player making an appearance here is Di'Mari Malone, and for good reason. He made two total tackles.

Another Dakota player making an appearance on this list is Dylan Beitelshees. He picked up six receiving yards.
For the season, Beitelshees has averaged 14.3 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 3.43 receiving yards per game.
