Branson Beal Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Albany got the W thanks in part to Branson Beal playing the best football he has all season. Beal rushed for 144 yards and five touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also picked up 46 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest rush was for an impressive 65 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
The win (which was Albany's fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Beal and Albany will welcome Cross Plains at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
