Horizon won the last time they faced Skyline and Reese Hudson did her part to make sure it happened again. The Hawks sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Falcons on Tuesday for which the team can thank Hudson, who had 15 digs and three aces. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more aces the last three times she's played.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's match: Riverdale Ridge has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 6.5 aces per game. However, it's not like Horizon struggles in that department as they've been averaging 10.5 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Riverdale Ridge might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Horizon when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Ravens avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
