The Carson Senators will head out on the road to  challenge  the Douglas Tigers  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Carson will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  points each  game than the last.

 Meanwhile, Douglas suffered their closest  defeat since September 27, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of Bishop Manogue by a score of  48-46. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Miners recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.
 Douglas' loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Carson,  the  victory  got them back to even at 3-3.
 Carson was dealt a bruising  47-13 defeat at the hands of Douglas when the teams last played  back in September of 2024. That  matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Senators were down  30-0.
