Swampscott jumped into the top 25 in the state rankings. Swampscott moved up from No. 30 in the state all the way to No. 23 thanks to a 3-0 record over the past week. Led by manager T.J. Baril, the Big Blue are ranked No. 1760 in the nation with an overall record of 12-5.
The Big Blue (12-5, 3-3) have won five games in a row, Northeastern - North's longest active win streak. Three of those wins came in the past week, including a 3-0 victory over Danvers and a 13-5 win over Saugus.
