After flying high against the Wayne County Yellow Jackets last Tuesday, the Glynn Academy Terrors came back down to earth. Glynn Academy fell 4-2 to Evans on Friday. The contest was a 2-2 toss-up at halftime, but Glynn Academy couldn't quite close it out.
Glynn Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Evans, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Glynn Academy will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Islands at 7:00 p.m. As for Evans, they will head out on the road to challenge Effingham County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
