Heritage Christian School won the last time they faced Family Christian Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Heritage Christian School Eagles really took it to the Family Christian Academy Lions for the full four quarters, racking up a 70-41 win. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 24 points or more this season.

Heritage Christian School found their leader in sophomore Jeremiah Reid, who went 14 for 21 on his way to 30 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals. Elijah Reid was another key player, going 9 of 16 en route to 19 points along with five boards and three steals.

Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Javon Garcia, who went 5 for 7 on his way to 15 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Jaysen Francois, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.

Heritage Christian School pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Family Christian Academy, they moved to 4-10 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Heritage Christian School has already played their next contest (against Gateway), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Family Christian Academy will take on North Kissimmee Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Family Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.5 points per game this season.
