The Christian Home Educators Knights's five-game losing streak  came to an end  on Tuesday. They snuck past Fannindel with a  58-53 victory. The  win was just what Christian Home Educators needed coming off of a  53-22 loss in their prior  contest.
 Christian Home Educators' win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Julian Alvarez, who  scored 15 points. Those 15 points set a new season-high mark for  Alvarez. Another player making a difference was  Caleb Snyder, who  scored 11 points.
 Christian Home Educators' win bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Fannindel, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
 Christian Home Educators will be playing at home against Trinity Christian Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Trinity Christian Academy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Christian Home Educators in Texas (Trinity Christian Academy is ranked 701st, while Christian Home Educators is ranked 1460th). As for Fannindel, they will head out on the road to face off against Dodd City at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Dodd City will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
