They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 47-16 victory over Harvest Temple Christian Academy. With Gospel Light Christian ahead 33-6 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Gospel Light Christian was led to victory by Maggie Jo Church and Noelle Nelson. Church scored 14 points along with seven rebounds, while Nelson scored 12 points along with five steals. Nelson has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Ali Phillips was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with two steals.
Gospel Light Christian's win bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Harvest Temple Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
