Phillipsburg added to the longest winning streak in Mid-State 38 - Delaware this week by beating Elizabeth, 41-19. This was the team's seventh consecutive win.

Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, the Raiders' Nittolo and ZITEL have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-2 quarterback Nittolo has thrown for 1,961 yards this season, while ZITEL has 44 catches for 780 yards. The Farmers' Bogan leads the league in rushing yards with 1,083.
Going into this week's contest against Franklin, Hillsborough's Nittolo needs 39 passing yards to surpass 2,000 on the season.
A big matchup in Mid-State 38 - Delaware this week will be when Union takes on Hunterdon Central. At the moment, Lou Grasso's team is in second, while the Red Devils are in third.
There should be lots of points scored when the Farmers and Hunterdon Central face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Union comes in having scored 194 this season, while Matthew Perotti's team has scored 192. The Farmers scored 32 points last week as they topped Plainfield.
The Blue Devils made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,709 from 4,438. The improvement was the result of a 40-10 victory over the Panthers last week.
