That's the first time this season that Orenzo scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Callaghan, who scored 11 points.
Miller Place's win ended a eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4. As for Hampton Bays, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Miller Place will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Kings Park at 6:00 p.m. on January 24, 2024. Hampton Bays does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
