The Lausanne Collegiate Lynx's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They fell to Harding Academy 44-39. Lausanne Collegiate was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Harding Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played on January 9th.
Despite the loss, Lausanne Collegiate still got an impressive performance from Josh Taylor, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Boyle, who scored nine points.
Lausanne Collegiate dropped their record down to 5-11 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for Harding Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.
Coincidentally, Lausanne Collegiate and Harding Academy will both be playing St. George's the next time they take the court. Lausanne Collegiate will head out to face St. George's at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while Harding Academy will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
