Soccer Game Preview: Ursuline Academy vs. Concord

Ursuline Academy has gone a perfect 4-0 against Concord recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. Ursuline Academy will take on Concord at 3:30 p.m.

On Friday, Ursuline Academy didn't have quite enough to beat Sanford and fell 2-1. Ursuline Academy have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Concord kept a clean sheet against Dover on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Senators. Concord might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by three goals or more this season.

Concord has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those seven games. As for Ursuline Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

Ursuline Academy beat Concord by a goal when the teams last played back in March of 2024, winning 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ursuline Academy since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
