Pymatuning Valley won the last time they faced Windham and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lakers put the hurt on the Bombers with a sharp 18-4 win. Considering the Lakers have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Pymatuning Valley's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.3 runs over those games. As for Windham, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pymatuning Valley will venture away from home to take on Harding at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Skippers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 17.73 runs per game on average), something the Lakers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Windham, they will challenge Bristol at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Bombers surely won't give up without a fight.
