Brookings-Harbor came tearing into Friday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 16-4 margin over the Rogue River Chieftains. The Bruins might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by 11 runs or more this season.

Brookings-Harbor's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-3. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games.
