They lost 9-1 to the Saints. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Raiders couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, Pittsfield unfortunately witnessed the end of their nine-game winning streak on Friday. They and Jacksonville finished up on equal footing with a 4-4 draw.

Quincy Notre Dame's defeat dropped their record down to 12-2. Pittsfield's draw gives them a new season record of 9-1-1.

Quincy Notre Dame was able to grind out a solid victory over Pittsfield when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 4-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
