The Bishop Snyder Cardinals scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Thursday. They managed a  70-64 victory over Stanton. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
 Bishop Snyder found their leader in underclassman  Mi'Onna Green, who  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and 14  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Green has scored all season.  Jordyn Knight was another key contributor,  scoring 13 points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.
 Stanton lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Gabrielle Fajardo, who  scored 21 points. Fajardo's trending in the right direction, as she's improved his point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jaiden Perkins, who  scored 16 points.
 Bishop Snyder's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Stanton, they have  been struggling recently, as they've  lost four of their last five games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
 Bishop Snyder will head out on the road to  take on  Trinity Christian Academy at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Trinity Christian Academy is out to stop a seven-game streak of losses at home. Stanton will take on First Coast at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
