Fort Meade took down Tenoroc 60-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Berkeley Prep and Brandon played the most contested game in 3A District 4 this week, with Berkeley Prep eventually emerging with a 21-17 victory. Kyle Oliver in the win.
Lakeland Christian's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Christian Alexander threw for 313 and 3 touchdowns and RB Marlow had 193 yards receiving. On the ground T. J. Simmons chipped in 146 yards. Brad Peace helped Lakeland Christian's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 103 yards.
He was 11-15 with 0 interceptions.
Alexander put up the best numbers in passing as the Vikings bested Agape Christian Academy. Alexander's favorite target this week was Marlow, who caught 6 passes for 193 yards.
Thanks to the talents of Alexander and Simmons, Lakeland Christian has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Alexander is tops in the league in passing with 1,865 yards, while Simmons has rushed for 1,257 yards this season. Tops in the league in receiving yards is Tampa Catholic's Justin Motlow, with 689 yards on 44 catches.
The Miners led the league in scoring this week after putting up 60 points on the Titans.
