Solon were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. Everything went their way against Assumption on Thursday as the squad secured a 47-7 victory. 47 seems to be a good number for Solon as the team scooped up a victory with the same point total in their previous contest.
The win bumped Solon's record up to 4-0. The loss dropped Assumption's record to 1-3.
Solon will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Fort Madison. As for Assumption, they will face off against Clinton.
