Pinellas Park was outmatched by Lakewood on the road and fell 86-18. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Pinellas Park in their matchups with Lakewood: they've now lost nine in a row.
Sumayah McIntosh continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lakewood, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 14 steals. McIntosh is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Riana Callihan was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals.
Pinellas Park now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Lakewood, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
Pinellas Park will head out on the road to face off against Palm Harbor University at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lakewood, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Sarasota at 2:30 p.m. on December 2nd.
