The Cincinnati Landmark Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. Their rough 53-30 defeat to Calumet Christian might stick with them for a while.
Brad Nymeyer was his usual excellent self, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds and three steals for Calumet Christian. That makes it four consecutive games in which Nymeyer has scored at least 25% of Calumet Christian's points. Michael Rivera was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Cincinnati Landmark's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Calumet Christian, their win bumped their record up to 8-10.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Westlake Christian Academy the next time they take the court. Calumet Christian will head out to face Westlake Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Cincinnati Landmark will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
