Noah Ruiz continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points along with seven assists and six rebounds. He hasn't dropped below two steals for ten straight games. Caleb So was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Meanwhile, Horizon Honors can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent game on Thursday. They put the hurt on St. Augustine Catholic with a sharp 72-47 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Horizon Honors has posted since December 1, 2023.
It was another big night for Matthew McEnaney, who scored 26 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks. He is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last 13 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Gerelick, who scored 12 points along with five assists.
Chandler Prep has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Horizon Honors, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-7.
Friday's match is shaping up to be a masterclass in shooting: Chandler Prep have been dynamite from deep this season, having made 42.8% of their threes per game.
