Malaina Boyst spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits.

She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last seven games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Abby Jackson, who went 3-for-5 with one home run and three RBI.
Reedy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .378. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .325 or higher in 11 consecutive games.
Reedy's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-9. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Newman Smith, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-19.
