Wells found their leader in underclassman Khloe DelRio, who scored 14 points along with 6 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Lillian Harney, who scored 4 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals.
Tonopah's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Wells, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
