Addison Freiberger made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 13 batters over 7.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits. Those 13 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
