The Idabel Warriors will look to defend their home court on Saturday against the Pocola Indians at 5:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Idabel comes in on three and Pocola on 19.
Last Monday, Idabel earned a 54-45 victory over Kingston.
It was another big night for John paul Sumo, who scored 25 points. Sumo is crushing the point category: he's posted at least 16 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Shane Threadgill, who scored 13 points.
Meanwhile, Pocola can now show off 18 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They breezed by Panama at home to the tune of 93-49. Pocola's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Idabel's win bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Pocola, they pushed their record up to 19-0 with that win, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.
