Northwest Whitfield waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Christian Heritage Lions. The Bruins have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lions, too.

Jenna Quinn paced Northwest Whitfield's offense, picking up eight kills. Quinn got some help from Megan Torbett and her 15 assists. Addison Manis controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Northwest Whitfield now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Christian Heritage, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Northwest Whitfield has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Ringgold on the 19th. As for Christian Heritage, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Sonoraville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
