Durango has gone 9-1 against Bonanza recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Trailblazers will take on the Bengals at 4:00 p.m. Durango will be looking to extend their current 15-game winning streak.
Last Wednesday, Durango got the win against Western by a conclusive 14-1. The Trailblazers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matches by six runs or more this season.

Teagan Payne was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Carson Crosby was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Aiden Farrell was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs.
Durango kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in 12 consecutive games.
Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Bonanza had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Chargers 5-4. The win continues a trend for the Bengals in their matchups with the Chargers: they've now won three in a row.
Like Durango, Bonanza also got a great game from a two-way player: Darren McGee. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. McGee also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Bonanza is 7-3 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 6-14 otherwise. McGee was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his seven plate appearances with one double.
McGee wasn't the only one making solid contact as eight players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Jesus Rios, who got on base in four of his seven plate appearances with one run. Deegan Polson also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.
Durango pushed their record up to 23-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Bonanza, their victory bumped their record up to 13-17.
Durango's speedy runners might be the difference in Thursday's contest. The Trailblazers have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.4 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Bonanza, though, as they've been averaging only 0.9 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Durango continue to outrun the ball?
Durango beat Bonanza 8-3 in their previous meeting back in March. Do the Trailblazers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bengals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
