Palm Bay was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-20, 12-25, 25-22.

Rachel Twardzik was nothing short of spectacular: she had 15 digs, eight aces, and seven kills. Those seven kills gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Audrey Swartz, who had six digs, five kills, and two aces.
They weren't the only good servers: Palm Bay was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Eau Gallie lost 3-0 to Brevard HEAT on Thursday.
The final score came out to 25-19, 25-12, 25-17.
Eau Gallie's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Palm Bay, their victory bumped their record up to 4-10.
