Yale found their leader in sophomore Kaden Teter, who threw for 176 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 43 yards and a touchdown. Those 43 rushing yards gave Teter a new career-high. A healthy portion of Teter's aerial production (141 yards to be exact) went to Tanner Moore, who also brought in two receiving touchdowns.
Yale wouldn't let Foyil keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Yale can thank Tyler Thompson and Lucas Reece for forcing both of them. Reece has been hot , having also posted five or more total tackles the last six times he's played.
Meanwhile, Cave Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by Depew 54-20.
Yale's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Cave Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
