After two weeks on the road, Courtland is heading back home. On Thursday they will take on Caroline at 7:30 PM. Courtland are cruising in on a four-game winning streak while Caroline are stumbling in off of seven consecutive losses.
Courtland entered their matchup last Friday as the heavy favorite, and they fully lived up to expectations. They were fully in charge, breezing past James Monroe 49-7. That looming 42-point mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Courtland yet.
Meanwhile, Caroline found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 27-58 punch to the gut against Chancellor.
Courtland simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Caroline 41-0. Will Courtland repeat their success, or does Caroline have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
