Tuckerman waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Brookland Bearcats with a sharp 8-1 win. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Tuckerman pushed their record up to 10-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Brookland, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-5 record.

Tuckerman didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-4 loss against Rogers Heritage on the 22nd. As for Brookland, they will head out on the road to face off against Rivercrest at 4:30 p.m. on the 30th. Rivercrest has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.86 runs per game on average), something Brookland will no doubt try to take advantage of.
