A Season-Best Effort from Paydon Rinkol Leads Twin River over Madison
Paydon Rinkol produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Twin River to the win on Friday. Rinkol rushed for 289 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 18.1 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now rushed for 146 or more in the last eight games he's played dating back to last season.
Madison's probably not too fond of Rinkol given he always seems to get the better of them. Rinkol rushed for 257 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.2 yards per carry, and also picked up 35 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Dragons duked it out back in October of 2023.

Another Game with at Least Two Rushing Touchdowns from Cameron Hlavac
David City was led to victory by Cameron Hlavac, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Hlavac wasn't messing around, rushing for 78 yards and four touchdowns on only nine carries, while also throwing for 181 yards and four touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. The contest was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns.
The victory for David City keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. Hlavac and David City will head out to take on Clarkson/Leigh at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Colsten Rodriguez posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns. He has become a key player for Twin River: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

Clarkson/Leigh picked up their fourth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Jeryn Struebing. Nobody could stop Struebing as he rushed for 97 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 59 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Clarkson/Leigh pushed their record up to 4-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Struebing's next contest is against David City on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid effort.
