Peak to Peak put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the DSST: Cedar Falcons by a score of 61-52. Given the Pumas' advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 11th, while the Falcons are ranked 174th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Peak to Peak's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Dane Hirt, who went 5 for 12 on his way to 16 points in addition to seven assists and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Eschmeyer, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 11 points in addition to six boards and five blocks.

Hirt wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Peak to Peak was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Semahje Kalanda, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Matt Stophel, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 14 boards.

Peak to Peak pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.6 points per game. As for DSST: Cedar, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Peak to Peak will challenge Green Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Peak to Peak is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.1 points per game this season. As for DSST: Cedar, they will face off against DSST: Montview at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. DSST: Cedar also hasn't been messing around on offense: they've averaged 60.5 points per game.
