Palmer Trinity won the last time they faced Marathon and things went their way on Monday too. The Palmer Trinity Falcons took their match with ease, bagging an 84-50 win over the Marathon Dolphins. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 24 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Palmer Trinity to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bailey Estep, who went 9 for 12 en route to 22 points. Those 22 points gave Estep a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jake Keller, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 18 points and five boards.

Palmer Trinity was working as a unit and finished the game with 26 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Marathon only posted four assists.

Marathon lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Daeshawn Holmes, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds. Jack Chapman was another key player, putting up ten points.

Palmer Trinity's victory bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Marathon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-12.

Palmer Trinity has already played their next contest, a 72-53 win against Immaculata-La Salle on the 15th. As for Marathon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 58-39 loss against Ransom Everglades on the 15th.
