Panama has gone 8-2 against Heavener recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Razorbacks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wolves at 4:00 p.m. Panama will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
On Tuesday, Panama needed a bit of extra time to put away Oktaha. They had just enough and edged out the Tigers 10-9.

Aryn Seamans made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over four innings pitched. Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 1-for-4.
In other batting news, Caleb Brewer was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March of 2024. Tyler Simkins was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
Panama hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four strikeouts batters in three consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Heavener fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Roland on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They came up short against the Rangers, falling 13-6.
Spencer Clubb was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-5 with five RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Brently Hash, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of his six plate appearances.
Panama's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Heavener, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
Everything went Panama's way against Heavener when the teams last played back in April of 2023, as Panama made off with an 18-8 victory. Will the Razorbacks repeat their success, or do the Wolves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
