Claremore waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Durant Lions. Considering the Zebras have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Claremore's victory bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Durant, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Claremore will take on Sallisaw at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Durant, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Durant Lions take on Coalgate Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Coalgate has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed seven runs per game on average), something Durant will no doubt try to take advantage of.
