Southwest Virginia HomeSchool has struggled against State Line HomeSchool R recently, as their game on Saturday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Aden Clark continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for State Line HomeSchool R, scoring 19 points along with eight assists and eight rebounds. The game was Clark's tenth in a row with at least ten points. Mia Wolfe was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five rebounds.
Southwest Virginia HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for State Line HomeSchool R, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.
Southwest Virginia HomeSchool will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Roanoke Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on February 1, 2024. After both having extra time off, State Line HomeSchool R and Greater Cabarrus S will shake off the cobwebs and square off against one another at 6:00 p.m. on January 4, 2024.
