Dionne Sims Tops All Others This Week
Starting off the list is King's Dionne Sims, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Sims' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 106 rushing yards. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 67 yards.
King now has a winning record of 3-2. Sims and King will welcome Summer Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Summer Creek Gets a Boost from Thomas in 42-39 Loss
While Summer Creek might've come up empty on Friday, Blake Thomas wasn't going down without a fight. Thomas was dynamite, rushing for 112 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 250 yards and a touchdown.
If the past is any indication, Thomas could be in store for another big game when he takes on King on Saturday. Thomas rushed for 59 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 115 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Panthers duked it out back in October of 2023.

Deion Deblanc Delivers Best Performance of Season
North Shore was led to victory by Deion Deblanc, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Deblanc picked up 81 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 69 yards and a touchdown. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 67 yards.
The win for North Shore keeps them at an undefeated 5-0. Deblanc and North Shore will be playing in front of their home fans against Goose Creek Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Kaleb Bailey Dazzles in North Shore Win
North Shore picked up their fifth consecutive win on Thursday thanks in part to Kaleb Bailey. Bailey did his part (and then some), throwing for 242 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes for the 'W'.
This year, Bailey has thrown 10 touchdowns while averaging 174.2 passing yards per game.
